A Bit of Mystery

Deeply, almost awkwardly, in love with these delicate cameo earrings.

Vintage, possibly antique, gold-filled, and incredibly fine. In every way. 

So, what is the mystery? The detail almost certainly confirms a master craftsman and there is a maker's mark is on the backings. But a moderate* amount of searching hasn't revealed who they are. Or were. Yet. 

Priced in the "I know these are glorious but am also entirely aware I could be shooting incredibly low" range.
