What a delight to see the exceptional work of your design team up close. 

Glory of a vintage choker. Subtle and wildly complex golden leaves – finely etched metalwork forever - set with aurora borealis crystals. Deepest of the warmer golden tones.

Little to no signs of wear despite what may be considerable age - see company information below. Some 14 to 16-inche. We love an extender chain. Will take its place just at or below your collarbone.  

The Brooklyn, NY, based company was incorporated in 1945, and produced high quality, still collectable, accessories for nearly four decades. In "1955 a federal judge ruled that jewelry designs are “works of art” and therefore should be protected under US copyright law," so any designs bearing the Charel name but not "patent pending" were likely crafted before 1955. * 

Patiently waiting for next chapter. Storyteller. Keeper of secrets. Somewhat fastidious. Thrives in soft velvet or equally plush conditions. Considers aging a luxury. Eager to get back out in the world.
