While these vintage clip-ons did not come with a maker's mark the detail says it all, or these were crafted by somebody with serious skills. 

Why Bearing Fruit? When clipped in place the metal leaves drape downwards, creating a canopy for all that lies beneath, including "stones" that are a mix of resin and glitter* with almost bottomless depth and shine. 

*Bower Jewelry Canada is not an expert in resin, or glitter, or any mix thereof. But, after more than a year of studying costume jewelry can recognize artistry when it arrives in the mail.
