Rebirth (Black Roses)

Black roses have gone through a bit of a shift. Reputation wise. Death, revenge, a warning. Personal favourite, rebirth.  

Accessocraft Jewelery is behind these black beauties. Oh, and Estates in Time’s researcher deserves a raise and was my source for what comes next. 

Founded in the first half of the 20^th century the NYC company was a competitor of top brands like Coro and built a legacy that extends well beyond fashion. During WWII that included working with the War Relief Society and The Committee to Defend America by Aiding the Allies. They also crafted “War Relief Pins," or "Society Pins,” donating portions of each sale to war efforts.

Let’s return to the earrings. Excellent vintage condition. The petals were crafted in some form of plastic and all appear intact. The backings clip and tighten with screws.
