Vintage rhinestones. Possibly* antique. Dazzles in any light. Intricate settings. Excellent condition. Enjoyed a gentle buff. Deep clean not required, to these eyes, but always suggest leaving that to the pros. 

Exact age and creator to remain a mystery.
