The ESPO mark in this 10k gold-filled sterling ring stands for Esposito jewelry. Founded in 1910 by Giuseppe Esposito it stayed a family business under operation by great grandson Joseph, aka Flex.*

In 2017, the jeweler was handed a "five-year suspended sentence in exchange for pleading guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy," as reported by WPRI.com. Among the evidence, video of him "selling large amounts of marijuana and butane oil to an undercover officer on multiple occasions."** 

Very good condition considering what research suggests is considerable age. Or expected signs of wear.
