Created by Wells Inc. The American company launched in the early 1920s and built a reputation for fine metal work. Understandable. The etching on this metal is so fine. Obsessed with the elegant subtle glow. 

Gold-fill. Pearls. Clips passed the head shake test. When attached the "tentacles" reach towards the sky.
