Adaptation: Farewell Van Dell

Not so long ago.

In a Toronto apartment.

Less than a city block from Aloette.*

A fledgling business owner put on a Van Dell gold-filled pearl necklace. So you could see her face. Then, seconds after it went online it was snapped up. (Thrilled!)

Italian made. Sterling silver. Intricate links form steely yet delicate braid. About 16-inches. Rests just below the collarbone. Enormous shine. Excellent shape.  Hoping to pass it on.
