Seedlings

Seed pearls are an obsession. While the traditional classification is wild, or rough across every glorious edge, I still couldn't resist this name. 

Cultured pearls or freshwater pearls are created when a wee beed or grain of sand is placed inside living mollusk. The process still takes several years. When done right it results in a uniform shape and colour. 

That meticulous art is, I suspect, behind this immaculate impossibly tiny set.  

Beautiful vintage condition. Length ranges from 16 to 18-inches. We love an extender chain. And one in sterling silver.
