Maker of these impressive masterpieces is unknown. The general style is Repoussé, items cast in relief and somewhat in reverse. Typically, base metals (steel and tin) but finer materials are used.  

Very good condition, as you can see up close. Clips passed the head shake test. Held in the direction they would rest on your ears.
