Unexpected Origin

I wouldn't have guessed these vintage clip-ons came from Austria. But here we are. I couldn't find a metal or maker's mark. If you know who crafted these beauties please pass it on.  

Soft gold tone and incredibly fine detail. A bit of wear hidden on the back so we know they were loved. Passed the head shake test and may I suggest, from experience, pairing them with coffee and strudel. Just an idea.
