Particular Conditions

Dear mystery designer, I have questions. 

Masterful metalwork set with rhinestones, possibly crystals, and resin. * One small white globe has decided to go its own way (God speed little orb) but otherwise in very good condition as design suggests considerable age. Clips passed the head shake test. 

Unconventional. Opinionated. Delights in being extra. Open to debate. Most at ease when out in the wild. Whatever that means to you.
