Austrians Do it Better

Another beauty from a batch of Austrian crystal jewelry and one that glows in the dark. In near perfect vintage condition. Front and back. Really, I'm not sure anybody wore this one. 

The metal is not precious, but has held up beautifully over time, and the clasp is strong and also in near perfect shape.
